As we are a global company, we strive to create an environment where all employees, regardless of location, language, role, or time zone, feel included and a part of the conversation. We have taken actions such as implementing a translation service that provides language transcripts on all calls to help mitigate language barrier concerns. We have language programs for folks who English may be a second language, as well as for folks who want to familiarize themselves with other languages and form connections with global colleagues. Our Diversity and Inclusion team continues to understand how we can improve and be as inclusive of an organization as possible, and feedback such as this helps drive this positive change. - fun culture where you get to hear talks by photographers - adopts new technologies relatively early in the game - a really great place to learn and grow as a developer

Cons

- can handle shifts/re-orgs poorly with communication, leaving employees feeling unheard and unvalued.

Pros

WFH, good overall culture. Good people.

Cons

Leadership has been slow to stay current and modern in the workplace. The business is straddled with debt from a pervious investment company that had bought Getty and gutted it. Future is uncertain.
