Through transparent conversations from leadership and below, the goal is to foster an environment where all voices and perspectives are heard and considered. We understand that career progression and compensation are top of mind for many employees. Our HR team is currently partnering with the Global Leadership Team on building out career progression ladders for every role and function, so that all employees feel empowered to continue to grow within their career. Additionally, we have all employees on a Bonus Program or a Commission Program (depending on function) to further incentivize. - fun culture where you get to hear talks by photographers - adopts new technologies relatively early in the game - a really great place to learn and grow as a developer

Cons

- can handle shifts/re-orgs poorly with communication, leaving employees feeling unheard and unvalued.

Pros

WFH, good overall culture. Good people.

Cons

Leadership has been slow to stay current and modern in the workplace. The business is straddled with debt from a pervious investment company that had bought Getty and gutted it. Future is uncertain.
