      If you have a strong desire to add value in a principled manner, then you will fit in well at GP.

      Cons

      The downside for me is the reality that A player only make up the minority. But those A players are extremely great people to partner up with!

      somewhat flexible. requires little to no brains

      horrible management, working with felons, everyone is entitled, schedule is all over the place, pay poorly, long hours, bad food
