Pros
Easy to get hired and the workload is very easy to learn. Lots of learning and training if you are new to marketing & advertising paid social.
Cons
The managers are incompotent and lack morals. They have favorites and are highly unprofessional. Its about who you know and not what you know here. HR is useless and you often are harrassed and tagerted if you speak up.
