If you get the opportunity they train you in Lean/Six Sigma Good visibility to clients - depending on your role and you learn new things. Atleast in my role - excellent pay
Cons
neurotic leadership who do not know who to run a large company and compete with the best of the best. Want proof - look at their stock basically flat over 2 years. So much for Bain making a killing on their investment! Would definitely improve morale if leadership was shuffled and new blood brought in. Current fools in the C-suite don't know anything about leadership. CEO writes white papers on the war for talent -hypocrisy?
