Pros
After completing six months at Genpact, I can confidently say it is a good place to work with a strong focus on growth, collaboration, and innovation. The organization provides exposure to meaningful work and encourages employees to take ownership of their roles. Genpact is clearly moving toward its vision of becoming an AI‑enabled organization. There is a strong emphasis on AI‑driven transformation, with real initiatives and projects that go beyond experimentation and deliver practical business value. In my role as a Project Manager, I have had the opportunity to work on AI projects, managing cross‑functional teams and coordinating end‑to‑end delivery. This has allowed me to gain hands‑on experience with AI use cases while contributing to strategic organizational goals. Leadership is supportive, and there is room to learn and grow in emerging technology areas.
Cons
Genpact is still largely operations‑oriented, so innovation and transformation initiatives may sometimes take a back seat to delivery priorities. Decision‑making and processes can be structured around operational efficiency, which may feel rigid for those seeking a fast‑paced, experimentation‑driven environment.
