* Not good for a contractor - little respect or benefits; stigmatized by many FT employees. * Direct manager enabled and encouraged negative interaction amongst the group, gossiped, and gaslit other FT and Contract employees, while disclosing personal information. * Lack of support by upper management * Little ability to hire on permanently in my specific department; No upward mobility. * Hostility displayed to contract workers from FT employees. * Unreasonable employee expectations * Reported on the job injury was dismissed by direct manager.
