      Pros

      The people - the company is full of intelligent people who are great to work with and strike a really good balance between work and the social The incubator - having an in-house incubator which will support you in the early stages of a business has been invaluable. I'm currently in the process of launching my business alongside my work - super exciting.

      Not many that I can think of.

      Good people, with lots of growth potential - especially in the United States. Very manageable work-life balance, and opportunities to shape your own career trajectory. Motivated people can have huge impact.

      Cons

      Senior leadership are adjusting slowly to the pressures of international expansion. Company is still maturing in terms of internal processes, which lands on mid-level management.
