Exceptionally time consuming final interview after a three month process. Questions asked by interviewers were one dimensional and evident they were ill equipped, they also arrived at premature judgements. Atmosphere was not welcoming. Asked for sharing of client deliverables, which due to client confidentiality was an impossible ask to deliver effectively. Clear lack of organisation on all fronts. Wouldn’t recommend as an experience.
Applied online, took over 2 weeks to get an interview scheduled. A huge red flag was that a part of the final round was described as presenting previous project/client information (huge no-no, shows a lack of integrity) from previous client engagements.
Low reviews are usually the most accurate ones and I should have listened to them.
The interview process took over 2months. Yes, OVER 2 MONTHS. Even after the final interview, the company completely disappeared for a FURTHER 1 month. 3+ months altogether with 5 pointless interview stages, in this state of the job market?!
Not a single ounce of decency to communicate any updates or respond to my follow up, knowing fully well that I was interviewing with other companies and did not want to delay my response to the others.
At the final interview, they couldn't answer basic questions and were trying to over-explain things in a failed attempt at trying to convince me they knew the answers. Another giant red flag.
Embarrassing behaviour from these unprofessional people and frankly I believe I dodged a massive bullet because from the other reviews I've read, this company is going downhill fast and I will happily sit back and watch it. Good luck to any of you who think this is a good place to work, rethink that decision very quickly.

Question 1
Explaining about how you used a certain skill - nothing special here at all.
