As a woman, I found Gap to be very accommodating to my changing needs. I was able to maintain breast feeding throughout both of my pregnancies and post birth for years with accommodations like quiet rooms, and the company is filled with like minded women and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I have never felt safer working anywhere else.
