      Remote work from home position.

      Cons

      Non-informative training that lacks consistency and updates. If you ask 5 people the same question, you will get 5 vastly different answers. There was no support, and the biggest red flag was how a supervisor handled a customer. And you get better deals being a customer vs the employee discount.

      Great interesting work. Lots of smart capable leaders that encourage innovation and exploration.

      Cons

      A lot of bureaucracy. Sometimes difficult to solve simple problems due to the amount of hoops engineers have to jump through.
