Incompetent management - Sales Associate Gap Employee Review

-Management is difficult to deal with. I honestly cannot trust the management team and I believe that they are overall incompetent -It's difficult to keep up with items on the sales floor. Every couple of days or so, things are being moved and rearranged thus it's hard to help customers find items when we, the sales associate, aren't even sure where they are. -Too much gossiping among the management and sales team. -Management doesn't take care of their employees at all
