it's okay - General Manager Gap Employee Review

its terribly difficult to stay consistent or build a consistency because things change too rapidly. like everyday its something new. not enough people in the senior positions saying whats realistic and whats not realistic, nobody really prioritizing whats best for groups of stores. too much buearocracy (sp?). its terribly difficult to get work done because of who likes or dislikes you, or simply who doesn't want to do it any other way than their own.
