Pros

There are some wonderful people and employees at the middle management and individual contributor levels.

Cons

Leadership was awful. No vision or direction for the company and lots of turnover. The CEO is verbally abusive and his leadership team lacks experience. Lots of firings as a result which leads to a toxic workplace culture. Most of the original leadership was forced out, which is sad because they had the original vision. I've worked for many employers and this was by far the absolute worst. They mention a "suggestion box", which is really just a band-aid to the real problem. The "good" reviews were mostly written by HR-type employees.

Pros

GPM pays their employees competitive salaries. They also care about their employees' development and are great about internal advancement. Our benefits continue to get increasingly better. I love working for this company and with my fellow co-workers.

Cons

I haven't had negative experiences here.

Weekly Pay , team , career growth, shift direction and management

Cons

Hard to hire and retain staff, hours per store, miscommunication on corporate information
