Interview
The interview process is lengthy. First, you need to complete and pass an online IQ test and personality test. Then I had a phone interview and once that was approved had an in person interview. Sat with the entire QA team for an hour then management/developers for another hour. One thing I will note is how condescending one of the developers was...super jerk. They gave me a SQL quiz to take home, I completed and sent to the SCRUM master (I believe) and never heard back from them for weeks. I then called to inquire and they said "yeah, you didn't get the job....we went with someone else". Totally ridiculous! If you are going to put someone through an interview process like that at least have the decency to call them back.........very unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone wasting their time with this place.

Interview
The interview process was fairly standard. I first had an initial phone interview and then was asked to come in to meet with some of the team for further questions. I did get a lot of the same questions so I feel confident they may not have had a game plan going into my interview. Everyone I spoke with from GPM was friendly and I left the interview with a positive view of the company as well as the team.
Unfortunately I did not get the job and was very disappointed to say the least, but what really did not sit well with me was the manner they informed of their decision. I was notified by a perfunctory email stating I did not get the job. I feel like that if you have taken over 4 hours out of your day to sit in front of someone that a more personal approach should be taken when you are informing someone of the status of their interview. Seems a little cold but that is just my two-cents.
In a nutshell I think GPM would be a great company to be employed as I truly feel they are moving in the right direction. They are growing fast and they certainly have some growing pains and it shows on how they respond to their job candidates.

Interview
Locked in a room with 4 hours, being interviewed by at least 2 people, which changed every 30 minutes. Some of the interviewers were nice, some were condescending. After the torture, they didn't even bother getting back to me. How hard is it to send a rejection email? Not professional in my opinion.
