GPM interview questions

The interview process was fairly standard. I first had an initial phone interview and then was asked to come in to meet with some of the team for further questions. I did get a lot of the same questions so I feel confident they may not have had a game plan going into my interview. Everyone I spoke with from GPM was friendly and I left the interview with a positive view of the company as well as the team. Unfortunately I did not get the job and was very disappointed to say the least, but what really did not sit well with me was the manner they informed of their decision. I was notified by a perfunctory email stating I did not get the job. I feel like that if you have taken over 4 hours out of your day to sit in front of someone that a more personal approach should be taken when you are informing someone of the status of their interview. Seems a little cold but that is just my two-cents. In a nutshell I think GPM would be a great company to be employed as I truly feel they are moving in the right direction. They are growing fast and they certainly have some growing pains and it shows on how they respond to their job candidates.

Locked in a room with 4 hours, being interviewed by at least 2 people, which changed every 30 minutes. Some of the interviewers were nice, some were condescending. After the torture, they didn't even bother getting back to me. How hard is it to send a rejection email? Not professional in my opinion.
