Managers at this organization do not trust their employees and micromanage them and what is worst is that this issue appears to be across the globe in their different offices which shows the type of culture at GLG.
There is no opportunities to grow within the Council Development Team and it is impossible to move to a different business unit.
They offer the opportunity to work in a different country which it is nearly impossible for most of the employees at GLG as they can't sponsor you in most of the countries they have operations.
In addition to this, Managers can be childish and bullies with their own employees.
Managers at GLG also love giving negative feedback and do not praise for the hardwork and good results.
The job is super monotonous and boring.
Do NOT join this company, this is why everyone that has gotten a chance has left and please read other reviews. Majority will be negative which will show you it is not a good employer.
