Pros

Great benefits and professional relationship. The Woodbury office does have a great fun committee so they often give snacks and drinks while on shift. Every holiday is celebrated and the office is decorated. Your supervisors really want to help you succeed and they are very supportive.

Cons

Micromanagement Customers are very rude and will yell at you all day. You are not allowed to drop the call if a customer is beig unreasonable. You have to take calls back to back and a supervisor is beathing down your neck all day of you are on wrap up or file handling for more than a minute- keep in mind, you are still working on files while you are not able to talk so it's not like you are not being productive. You receive a "report card" on your performance monthly and everyone on your team also sees how you are performing- This can create anxiety and make you depressed if you are struggling that month. The company advertise that they promote from within (which is true) but you have to be way above a 3 in all your metrics. If you are struggling in just one metric then you will not get the job. Extremely stressful job. You will get fired if you are sick and do not have enough sick days even if you have a doctor's note or hospital records. You will also get fired if you do not pass your exams during training. "Up to and including termination" really is "You will get fired".

Cons

There are still some areas where the company appears to be rebuilding trust and confidence Change is noticeable and appreciated, but some improvements are still in progress Feedback has clearly helped shape recent changes, and it will be good to see that progress continue
