Pros
Leadership development program provides: 1) Option to change jobs (try out different types of finance) 2) Work with different size teams and different managers every six months 3) Given challenging work content and upper level management (CFO-level) exposure as an entry-level employee
Cons
1) GE has "restructured" its health benefits plan to the extent that many employees (myself included) view it as a pay cut 2) Options outside of the Milwaukee area are limited (there are some branches in NJ and Salt Lake City, but to accelerate through the company, you really need to remain in WI)
