If you could go back and pick a new specialty would you? And if so what would you pick?

A hiring manager proactively approached me about a job for a Lab Field IT position on LinkedIn based on my background and experience. I interviewed fairly well and had a 2nd interview, which went well too. I was told I was in the top 2 of 5 candidates. It’s been about 1.5 weeks since the 2nd interview. Haven’t heard anything back from anyone. Should I inquire with the hiring manager about an update? He said reach out with any questions.

If I want to get a work from home position should I take classes in medical billing and customer service to better my chances of getting hired and where are the best places to look for work at home jobs in va

I have not slept and I have work today. I have been struggling with sleeping lately. I do have health issues that have no diagnosis. What are something you guys do when yky have no sleep yet still have a full work day?
