As an organization, one of our values is “We are kind and collaborative,” and we would like the opportunity to address any scenario where our people feel we are not living our values. We are proud of our efforts to support work/life balance, including flexible work schedules in the summer to allow for Summer Days, extra Wellness Days off through the year, and refining our ways of working to allow for meeting-free Friday afternoons among other changes driven by employee feedback. Further, we are excited to be on a journey of making diversity, equity, and inclusion the standard for all we do at GCI Health.
