      Amazing coworkers, everyone is so nice and welcoming, free stuff like lunch coupons and fruit baskets

      Cons

      Working late is expected, deadlines and pressure are REAL, teams are so differentiated that it's almost inefficient, timesheets are the worst. Also, the US side of the business is all white women so diversity is lacking.
