Many left the company in December 2025, due to poor working conditions, poor management and low salaries. Most staff are overworked. You may get stuck with the same client for a long time, this can be exhausting. Limited transparency — obtaining answers to simple queries can be challenging. Compensation levels are relatively low, with limited opportunities for substantial salary growth. Promotion processes lack consistency and are not always clearly tied to performance. Junior employees receive minimal support and may be assigned to demanding client projects without adequate preparation. A culture of enforced positivity — an expectation to maintain constant enthusiasm. You have to switch and juggle through multiple projects per week/day which makes it hard to have deep concentration. The company’s external branding presents an image that does not fully align with reality.
