I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Futurice (Helsinki, Southern Finland) in May 2026
Interview
Very disorganised, unnecessarily long process.
The TA in London are disorganised. First, no one joined the call. Then they rebooked for a week later. After a call I was invited for in person tech interview almost 2 weeks away.
The interview itself was quite good and I felt like I fit the role and the company quite well. So, I was anticipating moving forward.
However, after that they disappeared for 3 weeks. I pinged them occasionally asking for any updates, but they kept asking for more time.
Eventually I got rejected after over 1 month in the process.
I find this unacceptable.

Interview
This was the most transparent, human interview process I've ever been through.
· Clear communication at every stage. I always knew where I stood and when to expect updates.
· They actually read my CV. The questions were specific to my experience.
· The feedback was detailed and kind. When I wasn't selected, they scheduled a call to walk me through exactly why — not a generic email. Also, shared written feedback, praised what I did well, and gave me clear areas to grow.
1. Screening call with talent team
2. Technical interview (60 min) – presented my own project
3. Values interview (45 min) – culture fit
4. Final debrief → decision
Total time from application to outcome: about 3/4 weeks.

Question 1
Walk me through a project you've built and follow up questions for that project.
Initial interview by a recruitment company. Then next interview with head of legal and a legal counsel. Then they called with their decision.
Both intervies quite basc: just questions about background etc., no practical tasks.
