Pros

Brilliant colleagues and a relaxed office atmosphere in Canary Wharf. The Deliveroo allowance is a genuinely nice perk.

Cons

Culture of excessively long hours and unclear paths for growth. Career progression often feels opaque, based more on personal rapport than clear performance metrics, rewarding those who work unsustainable weeks (80+ hours) or get lucky with visibility. Sometimes it feels like visibility is more important than actually doing the job, or doing it good. The lack of structured feedback from management compounds this issue. Be prepared for non-standard hours, including occasional night shifts.

Pros

- Definitely builds work ethic and is a good early career pathway for focussed people. - The work done is largely interesting and can be incredibly rewarding, but the path to this may not be for everyone. - Ultimately, the people who put in the effort and deliver are able to benefit most from the environment they are in, as is true for any work place.

Cons

- Hours are intense, but this is made quite clear during the application process. - At times, the complexity of work and expectation of timelines can seem overzealous, but help is generally available. - Prioritisation of work changes on a daily basis, but targets are still expected to be met on a daily basis.

Pros

- I love the pace, culture and autonomy. - Practicality everywhere - Great team, very supportive - Love putting the input cuz outputs and performance reviews are rewarding - Love working closely with senior people/founder etc - Love what they are doing with energy, a really 10x idea and has a lot of potential. - NO corporate or political bs. - Get ITTTTT done mindset >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> - Remote and other obvious benefits like bi annual bonuses

Cons

- Only for people that are optimistic and like to be rewarded for their hardwork.
