      Don't even bother trying to find any pros to working here,

      Cons

      Management is incredibly unprofessional and blatantly shows favoritism! If you're not one of their favorites, you'll be subjected to stressful workloads and unreasonable demands, all while not being rewarded or acknowledge for your hard work.

      Pros

      Game development staff were fantastic, very experienced and had a great team atmosphere. Honestly a waste of talent due to lack of trust from the boss towards employees.

      Cons

      Diabolical direction from management has unfortunately let Full Fat to run into the ground in 2025. This has resulted in 10+ employees with months worth of pay arrears, stolen pension contributions and 4 questionable redundancy processes.
