      Pros

      This company has been there for a while, so it can provide you with some basic experience if you are new to the industry.

      Cons

      The top management is clearly biased. They are rude towards and show disrespect to employees who are not among favorites. Their poor attitude means that if you are not among the favorites, you will get all the tough and stressful projects. It's so unfair and unethical. Someone must stop it!

      Pros

      Game development staff were fantastic, very experienced and had a great team atmosphere. Honestly a waste of talent due to lack of trust from the boss towards employees.

      Cons

      Diabolical direction from management has unfortunately let Full Fat to run into the ground in 2025. This has resulted in 10+ employees with months worth of pay arrears, stolen pension contributions and 4 questionable redundancy processes.
