Pros

Really like the people. They are all nice and very friendly. Lot of company 'perks' provided like free drinks and stuff. Very happy place for the 3-4 more people that continue to get promoted to new positions. They get paid well. Everyone else is left to scrap for what you can.

Cons

Money is not close to what they project it to be. They sell this as a job where you can and should be making $50-70,000 per year. That is not close to the actual number. You end up with about $30,000 base and the product does not sell as well as they project. They say you should sell 3-4 sales CRMs per month. They actually sell less than 10 per YEAR! And most of those have been sold by the CEO himself, not the actual salespeople. The management does not seem to really have a good grasp of what it is they are trying to accomplish and how to get there. CEO Mike is a very friendly guy but the concept of the product is his. That means he is the best salesman for it and they keep trying to reconstruct this exact same mentality for everyone else. The company concept comes off as 'indifferent' to most customers. They hear the concept and are left with a thought of 'why can we not just do this' which is what Frontline SAYS in their pitch. They say "you can do this yourself but you need us to continue to show you how" even after we have shown you all of the tricks and tips. LOTS of turnover. Very much a mentality of just cutting you loose and passing it off that you weren't doing a good job rather than the product is not 'marketable'. They have 40 or so employees and less than 10 have been there more than a year.

Pros

Awesome environment with a focus on learning and constructed criticism

Cons

You have to sit on calls with clients to do introductions. This can be very time consuming if you book multiple meetings, or Meaningful Interactions as they call it.

Pros

The role in itself can be monotonous but the new leadership team had a delegative leadership style and encourage employees to utilize their creativity, resources, and strengths to help them meet their goals. They dont micromanage, rather they trust and rely on their employees to do their jobs with integrity and grit. Goals are very attainable so pay can be very lucrative. Offers great work-life balance.

Cons

Fully remote position so can feel disconnected at times. Not enough team building activities or opportunities to get together with the team.
