Pros
Great location, casual dress, and they have events to try and bring Frontline together as a Family. That's really about it.
Cons
Don't work here. This place drained me. When I got there, I noticed a lot of upper management leaving. That was a red flag. Then, the manager I was under barely talked to me. Didn't even think she liked me. First day I met her she barely gave eye contact. She always had her door closed majority of the day. I definitely believe that your success here partly depends on the campaign you are on, and management decides who gets what. I was on a campaign for a month, and it had ZERO traction until finally they decided to change it. But that still was not a factor considered when it came to evaluating performance. People here are cliquey.
