      Fun work environment Lots of fun people Ok management Ok systems and processes (BOH)

      Cons

      Terrible rostering system Not enough staff KPI is huge and no one reaches it Lack of training Bad organisation for sales and ticketing Bad staff retainment- go through staff like crazy. Head office do not care about you at all
