      Pros

      Very few I could think of, but maybe working with people from different countries.

      Cons

      Poor management and security protocols are not followed. The brands they work for don’t have an idea of hoy exposed the are. All of the mismanagement ends up affecting the agents who are on a very low salary.

      Work at home is the only pro

      Cons

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
