Pros

Cons

Their slogan in People first, but it is just a bunch of lies. They treat people like trash. They only promote friends of friends. They make you work several positions but only give you the base salary, promising that they will promote... But they never do. If you make a complaint about a supervisor it goes nowhere, even if you send a report with more than 30 pages. If you are desperate with nowhere else to work.. OK. But if you have a choice... Run as fast as you can.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
