Pros

They expect you to do 27 things in a six minute call on top of notes and a silly form that somehow tells them how many calls come in during the day. I think it’s just another thing to do. And if you’re in ACW for more than 2 minutes they will boot you offline which then turns into an unapproved absence. They also like to point out your mistakes and when you’ve finally mastered one of the 27 things you cover while on a call they’ll find something new to nit pick about. It is a very demeaning and discouraging company. I’ve worked with several better companies in remote jobs, but we were met with enthusiasm- not to just benefit the lead - but to really help the team. But not Foundever. It’s a very disappointing company. Stay away.

Cons

Unsupporting and rude managers Low pay Micromanagement

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
