Pros

my trainer was amazing AS A PERSON, my teammates in training were also amazing, i really loved my mentor too.. the people there make it hard to leave, they also seem to have roles available to be promoted soon, or so they like to preach

Cons

barely any breaks, 30 min lunch, back to back calls all day, everyone is so busy that you rarely get help, we service 800 different credit unions and every script is different so you cant memorize or really learn , the systems are SO SLOW AND LAGGY if you are lucky enough to have a decent computer sent to you, it will still be extremely laggy and members will have to wait a long time for your systems to load, then your marked off for dead air, my mental health is suffering hard

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
