Pros

The best thing about this job was the fact that u didn't have to get stuck in traffic to get to work

Cons

I started training classes on October 6th 2014 and I was excited about the job because it was a full time job working 40 hours per week making 9.00 per hour . I just tried to log in the system tonight to check my schedule for next week and I have been locked out the system. I was told on December the 31st that I will remain on the Toys R Us campaign and I was lied to. This company led me to believe that I was going to continue to work for TOYs Rus and that was not true, any advice is to stay far away as possible, The SMes and coaches suck they don't like to help and they pick who they want to help, schedules are constantly changing and have no set hours. When hired that told me it was permanent and they pulled this. Looks like I have to pack my equipment up and send UPS in the morning.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
