Cons

Poor salary. No flexibility. Very badly run management team. Horrendous response to Coronavirus for home working! Staff still expected to work in the office with no social distancing measures.

Work at home is the only pro

Cons

The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
