Pros

None , company is super disorganized , no order what so ever.

Cons

So first off they didn't pay my first week, they told me that they would add the amount to my next check. Some people got paid that week and some didn't that were in my team. SOOOOO many people left after , half of the team left once people started to ask around one who got paid and who didn't. Everybody had direct deposit and everybody was told the same thing that did not get paid. I took the chance and still stayed and showed some consideration. THEN they ended up saying that they had something wrong with my payroll , that they didnt have my routing number ?? Like whataHECK then i call HR and they told me that they did have my payroll information correct and not to worry about it, COMPANY WAS SUPER DISORGANIZED ! ON TOP OF ALL THAT, customer gave me a bad survey and got a D sat since i was not able to help him. ON the comments customer put " did not get any help" . On that company when you get a D sat , clients have to hear the call. At first my sup heard the call and told me that there was nothing we could of done on the call since it was an issue with the customers son's computer getting a error code. I advised customer that there son would need to give us a call to trouble shoot. Customer stayed " well your useless then " and hanged up . After the hang i vented and i know it was wrong but said " what an idiot" . My sup didnt hear that part and only noted that it was just a D sat and i was not in trouble . It was in the morning when they advised me of the D sat. The company reviews it with the employee just as policy even if the D sat was technically not my fault. HOWEVER by the end of the day manger brings up the attention, and this was AFTER THE DAY WAS OVER COMPLETING MY 8.5 HOURS, that they herd the call and that the CLIENT commented and stated that they herd "IDIOT" on the call. Manger told me that since it was on the call they were going to call me back within 48 hours under review to see if this behavior was on other calls. I WAS LIKE WATAAA HECK, i told the manager , you guys are accusing me something i did not do . Technically it was wrong that i said that after the call but they were accusing me of saying it on the call which did not make ANY SCENE ! Customer would of went threw the trouble to put it on the comments that i said that wouldn't they ? I told that to the manager, and advised them that they are still accusing me for something i did not do . IF CUSTOMER WENT THREW THE TROUBLE OF filling the survey and commenting on the survey, he would of put there that i called him an idiot if IN FACT i said that on the call. They herd me say that after the call, since they can record everything via webcam and microphone after the call. They also told me that they might not even pay for the 3 weeks that i worked for that sorry company ! On top of all that because of that incident , they never called back and i hope they don't cause that was the most sorry and stupidest company i have ever worked for. NOTHING BUT pure disorder and supervisors did not even know what they were doing either for that to happen. They made me work all that time and even then after i showed that stupid company consideration , they still do that. By the looks of it, company is just going down the drain, and to top it off it was a part time job . It was a part time job that did not pay me the first week i worked, what a waste of time and energy. To other people that apply for working at home for this position , good luck , cause this company will just have you in a worm hole of disorder .

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
