      People from all around the world

      Cons

      Bad HRM, bad pay, no free water, they expect you to be a robot, random managers that aren't supposed to be, workspace makes you sick, bad equipment, bad system, bad receptionnist, you can be fired without notice nor justification, no carreer opportunities, lies, and so on and so on.

      Work at home is the only pro

      Cons

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
