Long hiring process, short training, coaches need to be more concerned about helping their team resolve problems in a timely manner instead of making them wait, favoritism, coaches should be more concerned about their team members rather than their team numbers, we're told to restart computers, change passwords, call IT for tech troubles and boot up computers before punching in or after we log out or during our unpaid lunch hour. Sitel's handbook clearly states that it is against policy (and also the law) to work unpaid, but we're told these things will take "just a minute" to accomplish.
