Pros
The call center environment allowed myself to discover inner talents I was not aware existed. The culture was excellent, and it was a great place to discover different areas of corporate life.
Cons
The reliance on data from corporate sponsors meant employees scheduling may not be as regular as one hopes. Voluntary downtime can be offered which unfortunately is hard to resist!
