disappointing - Sales Associate Forever 21 Employee Review

Training is rushed and not detailed. Mangers will act like you should know things even if they never explained them to you and make you look stupid. You have to get your bag checked everytime you come to the store [and coat]. You only get paid 8.25/hr even though this is a 1B+ store. Managers play favorites with other employees. If you make any mistake [late for work once, call to say you can't come to work] then they demote you to minial jobs t shirt folder and give you 5.30hrs a week for like a month and treat you like a new person.
