Pros
The clothes are very trendy and reasonably priced, but as an employee, you get 10% discount. The visual aspect of merchandising varies from store to store which allows freedom of individual creativity. Good place to get your foot in and gain experience but low respect from other employers.
Cons
There is a huge language barrier and high turnover rate. The CEO and most of corporate speak only Korean so it is almost impossible to relate to them on a professional level. They cant get to know you because they cant talk to you which ultimately ends up making you just an employee number. During my 2 year employment I went through 7 DMs. The only longterm one was humiliated when she was fired on the spot by the CEO. He made a visit to the store, came in for 20 minutes, with his translator, and left screaming at her. All because the merchandising was not what he wanted. When setting up a new store, prepare to work atleast 24 hrs. straight, no sleep, no shower and a whole hour break.
