Pros
- Great co workers! They are the only reason I am still working there - SOME managers can be OK - Keep up with the trends - Learn the value of a dollar!
Cons
- Managers dont communicate - LONG hours, I've had to stay past midnight more than twice - No respect for employees - 10%discount. - Employees can not return anything or use Store credit( even if it was before you stated working) -Low pay - Hours are up and down - To many people( my store just hired about 5 new people, for the past month i have been working at most for 2 days per week at 4 hours per day. - STORE IS A MESS - Customers are disrespectful in so many ways.
