Pros
Good company to start with if you want to go in to visual work. I was hired with no visual merchandising experience and was promoted very fast.
Cons
Pay is lower then other companies and at times you take on other roles, such as duties sales associates should be doing. Company is Un-ethical in some of the buisness practices such as clocking out at 12am and clocking back in during overnight floorsets.
