Pros
- There's a great team spirit. My role is especially cross functional and requires working with commercial, product/engineering, and finance/ops and I have consistently found great colleagues across the board who really care about customers and each other. I especially like our culture of recognising and celebrating each other for demonstrating Fluidly values.
- Caroline and the leadership team are exceptional - really thoughtful and considered in their decision making, and keen to build an environment where you're pushed / challenged, but also supported and acknowledged. I can think of many times when they've reached out proactively to offer support if you might need it, and/or thank you for your contributions. These seemingly small gestures mean a lot when we're having to work remotely post covid.
- Smart go-to-market and great product - we've won several awards every year for the product and are continuing to push the boundaries.
Cons
Nothing that's any different to what you'd expect any other fast growing start-up: targets are set ambitiously and there's often uncertainty / change
