Three rounds of interviews starting with a 30-45 min conversation with the Product Director to discuss motivation and CV walk-through. Followed by a take home case study to develop a plan to increase Funding applications with a focus on monetisation. The last round is a cultural fit with the CEO and COO. Overall, the experience was negative and seemed to give out free work to the hiring manager, after the case study was submitted, I never heard back from the hiring team after a number of follow up e-mails. Scheduling interviews was very difficult, on a number of occasions interviews would be cancelled or rearranged.
