-incompetent senior management- they are definitely not the best people in the industry... in extreme cases, some are outright laughing stocks to industry people -although they like to promote 'outside of the box' thinking, rules, regulations and bureaucracy make it a moot point. -horrible mid to low level morale, esp these days
