- Culture is terrible. No other way to phrase it. People are either standoffish, shy, or isolated in their teams with minimal interaction with others outside of their group. -Facilities are lacking, the open office concept is distracting, and ultimately management does not invest in quality office amenities. -Little room for promotion/ path to promotion is unclear. Overall, the work place is very bizarre and you can often find your self feeling no attachment to the company or your coworkers. Many Analysts leave after a year or two for a better opportunity career wise.
