I don’t even know we’re to start...
Promises made around training that didn’t happen. Thrown onto phones with no clue. Strange office culture. Very cliquey. Direct bank staff talk to you like dirt because “they hate us”. Staff with personality disorders running riot. Failed to pay final wage. Breached my personal hr data (sent to wrong address) resulting in a “disciplinary” which they didn’t tell me about (because letters went to wrong address) were i was sacked, even though I’d resigned far before this. Seemingly didn’t notice the breach, it was me. Almost a week after I’ve realised they have done nothing bad send me an email “this has gone to HR”. I’ve also just discovered my details have fraudulently been used to sign up for subscriptions. I believe the two are related. Absolutely shocking.
I’m sure they’ll respond to this saying “oooh that’s not what we’d expect yada yada yada get in touch yada yada yada” except, I have and they have failed to respond beyond “this has gone to hr”. REALLY bad form from firstsource.
I am now with a far more reputable bank and it has to be said, the difference between them is....remarkable!
