Backstabbing unhelpful management who are so insecure if you are more use than them. When I was taken to a conduct meeting for the first mistake I ever made in 3 years my line manager was kind enough to post about it on Facebook I reported him but nothing ever happened even though it was supposed to be kept quiet. Given a final written warning for my first mistake Didn't handle my compassion leave properly and had to chase it up numerous times Quit the company and was promised I could come back anytime only to be rejected on my attempt to come back Managers never did the tasks they were supposed to then we were penalised for it. Goal posts kept being moved Felt like a jail not a work place Horrible equipment to work with Reeks of favoritism No chance of advancement unless you are the favorite. No understanding for the stress of the worker. Never change anything to actually suit the employees Give nice new incentives that are either attached to a near impossible target or are never delivered. One day you'll be billing then the next broadband retentions and then the next mobile sales then win back outbound.

We have been awarded gold accreditation against the Investors in People Standard, joining the top seven percent of accredited organisations across the UK. This is testament to the brilliant work of our team, demonstrating that our people are at the heart of what we do for clients.
