      Extremely flexible with schedules as I was able to go to school full-time and still work 25-30 hours a week.

      Can be slow at times.

      Pros

      FCSB is very family oriented and flexible. Good insurance. Mostly fun people to work with and ability to grow with the bank and to new positions.

      Cons

      Pay isn't always the greatest. Some cattiness. Can be difficult at times due to micromanaging.
